Allyship is the active support for a rights of a minority or marginalized group without being a member of it. The key word here is active: without action, allyship is apathetic. We'll discuss what motivates active allyship and how to develop skills that put yourself out there as the best Judy you can be. You will book your initial meeting online, and a Dorothy representative will follow-up with you after the first session to schedule additional meetings.
